A few months before the presidential election of 2022, the President of the Republic, gave an address resembling a presidential campaign speech. In it, the latter largely evoked nuclear, an energy, on which the Head of State, seems to be counting a lot for the future. However, this bet is not unanimous in France and in particular in Polynesia where nearly 200 nuclear tests have taken place over 30 years.
