Garcia will find Romanian Ana Bogdan on her way to the final. She will be aiming for a ninth career WTA title and a second this year after triumphing at the Bad Homburg Open.
The Frenchwoman, who had ended the winning streak of the world No. 1 Iga Swiatek on clay the day before, broke the serve of the 10e seeded four times to make it 3-0 against her.
Garcia hit six aces on a rainy day in Warsaw en route to a 17e win in their last 20 games.
For her part, Bogdan qualified for her first career WTA final by defeating Ukrainian Kateryna Baindl 7-5, 7-5.
Garcia won their only previous encounter, beating Bogdan in the second round at Wimbledon in 2017.
