Here we go, not a minute to lose. On board their brand new electric mopeds, municipal police officers ensure the safety of the inhabitants of Voulte-sur-Rhône (Ardèche). With financial assistance from the region, count 3,000 euros per moped. Each model has 90 kilometers of autonomy. The mayor’s objective: to improve intervention efficiency and ensure the safety of residents and cyclists, who are numerous in summer. The Voulte-sur-Rhône police are the first in the department to ride an electric moped.
