A few seconds earlier, a scooter turned around in front of the BAC officials. Just after a Renault Megane car stops at 200 meters from police with two men inside. the passenger who does not get out of the Renaud Mégane, extends his arm in the direction of the police and fire two shots. The passenger still has the gun in his hand, he rob the police again with his revolver, fortunately without firing! The weapon is still loaded, there are 5 type 22 long rifle ammunition left inside. The officials are very shocked, they were very surprised by the violence of this scene which lasted less than 15 minutes.
The shooter and his accomplice were taken into custody
The two men were taken into custody for attempted homicide of a law enforcement officer and a person responsible for public authority. They must be presented to the Valence Public Prosecutor’s Office this Saturday, March 6 in the afternoon. The two forties dispute the facts and claim not to have fired at the police.
