A municipal police officer was hospitalized, with no life-threatening condition, after being hit by a hit-and-run driver on Wednesday afternoon, September 18, after refusing to comply in Chesnay (Yvelines), franceinfo learned from a police source, confirming information from the JDD.

According to this source, the police officer, aged around fifty, was hit by this reckless driver around 4:40 p.m. after refusing to comply. The police officer, who was thrown before falling to the ground, was slightly injured and was hospitalized.
