Saint-Étienne police appeal for witnesses to try to find a 26-year-old Afghan. He has been missing since April 28, after leaving the Entraide Pierre Valdo home where he was staying.
He is brown, has brown eyes and is 1.80 meters tall. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue jacket and light colored pants. The police specify that he does not speak French and that he suffers from psychiatric disorders which may make him vulnerable.
