It is the Courtepaille restaurant in Avignon who recruits this person for a versatile position.
You will be responsible for:
– food preparation
– setting up
– the service
– compliance with HACCP standards
Knowledge and skills:
– Collect the amount of a sale
– Inform the customer about the composition of the products (salads, sandwiches, …) and register his order
– Prepare simple dishes (salads, plate of raw vegetables, cheeses, desserts, …)
– Deliver the order to the customer (plate service, take-out packaging, tray, …)
– Maintain premises
– Clean material or equipment
– Cook meat, fish or vegetables
– Prepare sandwiches
Practical information :
You will work with break and weekend schedules.
The amplitude of your working hours will be between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
You will have two consecutive rest days in the week.
This is a permanent contract 30 hours per week.
Monthly gross hourly wage of €10.57 + Mutual insurance + Catering
A 6 month experience in kitchen service or help will be welcome.
