Job description:
You are patient, understanding, rigorous and above all passionate about IT, come and join Edissyum Consulting to participate in the development of a company and participate in a business project.
After training in the methods of the company and its products, you will have the following missions:
– The management in pairs of IT support
– Administration of support information systems (access rights, monitoring of external partners, ticketing)
– User support and IS maintenance
– Technological watch of solutions integrated by the company
More specifically during the company’s solution deployment projects, you will ensure:
– Level 1 technical support for the deployment of solutions to project managers
– Level 2 technical support
You will be in charge of the projects of:
– Customer Support
– Ticket management and follow-up
– Hotline, helpdesk
This is’an indefinite contract of 35 hours per week.
Gross annual salary to be negotiated according to the profile of € 28,000 to € 30,000 over 12 months.
