Your main missions will be:
– Responsibility for the vehicle fleet
– Organize and distribute the work in the workshop
– Team animation
– Manage the repair of motorcycles
– Manage inventory management
– Schedule management
– Guarantor of after-sales service
– Guarantor of the application of internal rules, standards and procedures (quality of service, labor law, health and safety)
– Ensure respect for the environment, the application of a mode of management concerned with quality and the procedures in force in the company.
Profile:
Mechanical training (motorcycle would be a plus), you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in team management is essential.
You master the basics of motorcycle technology, the processes of organizing a mechanical workshop, the rules for managing and planning a workshop.
Your team spirit, your sense of communication, your ability to adapt and your involvement will be significant assets.
This is’a permanent contract.
