This is The Sun Kitchen, a subsidiary of the EXKi group specialist in fast, healthy and quality catering which is recruiting.
This central kitchen is equipped with a manufacturing unit and a logistics center to supply its restaurants in the South of France.
Your tasks:
– You receive the raw materials and organize the storage according to the FIFO and the allergens
– You ensure the traceability of the products
– You carry out the distribution of finished products and ensure the shipment to restaurants
– You guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety rules, giving particular importance to cleaning and disinfection by respecting the procedures
– You ensure the quality of the products and control the products upon receipt and dispatch
– You manage all losses
– You are force of proposal concerning the improvement of the productivity
– You take the temperatures of raw materials upon receipt and product samples upon shipment to respect the cold chain
– You fill in the traceability and cleaning sheets.
Your profile :
– You know how to participate in the feedback culture, listen to your colleagues and communicate easily with your manager
– You master the rules of HACCP
– You can maintain a steady work pace all day
– The CACES would be a plus
– Experience in receiving and preparing orders (desired)
– Experience in food production or supermarkets, ideally Drive (would be a plus)
Practical information :
This is a full or part-time CDI depending on your availability.
The salary is to be negotiated according to your profile for this Handi Accueillante company whose production workshop is open all year round 6 days a week.
