Job description:
Under the responsibility of your line manager, You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all facilities. and equipment on the site and guarantee the compliance of the building (notion of ERP regulations desired).
You will carry out routine maintenance work that does not justify the intervention of a specialized company (electricity, lighting, carpentry, plumbing, sanitary, welding, motors, wall and floor coverings, heating, air conditioning, cold rooms, alarms, network installations or green spaces, etc …), troubleshooting and repair as well as the security (ERP) of the building.
You will take all the necessary precautions for the proper use of the equipment and ensure its maintenance. You will detect any technical anomaly and inform your hierarchy, you will draw up the specifications to analyze all external interventions with a view to optimizing both quality of service and costs.
Profiles sought:
Bac to Bac + 2 and have a successful experience in a similar position (2 years minimum).
This position imperatively requires a theoretical and practical basis as well as versatility in all the areas listed above.
You demonstrate rigor in respecting procedures.
You are autonomous with a spirit of analysis and initiative.
This is’a permanent contract.
Monthly salary of €2829 gross over 12 months + Bonuses + Participation/share.
