“Plus belle la vie”, a new crazy setting for the new “Mistral”!

It’s official: the series “Plus belle la vie” will be back in January 2024 on TF1. While the successful sitcom had been canceled from France 2, the first channel has in fact announced its intention to relaunch it very soon. If fans were delighted with this great news, they are currently becoming disillusioned since the casting seems rather compromised.

It was first the turn of Pierre Martot, who played captain Léo Castelli since the very first season, to announce his intention not to reprise his role. Then, it was Florian Lesieur who since 2020 played Noé Ruiz who announced that he would not be there. And the list is very long since here are the actors who will not be showing on TF1: Caroline Riou (Laetitia), Théo Bertrand (Kevin), Thierry Ragueneau (François), Pierre Martot (Léo), Rebecca Hampton (Céline) , Simon Ehlracher (Romain), Marwan Berreni (Abdel), Stéphanie Paréja (Jeanne), Anne Canovas (Anémone), Emanuele Giorgi (Francesco), Delphine Rollin (Delphine), Jean-Charles Chagachbanian (Franck), Caroline Bourg (Elsa) , Annie Grégorio (Claire), Pauline Bression (Emma), Bryan Trésor (Baptiste), Prudence Leroy (Fanny), Alixe Guidoni (Sunalee) and Nicolas Berger-Vachon (Bastien).

More beautiful life: the new decor revealed
Despite this, production decided to focus on renewal. If the cast will therefore be brand new, the setting will also be different. On X, formerly Twitter, journalist Manon Mugica revealed a photo of the future setting of the series: “Plus belle la vie, new version: filming begins at the end of October! While waiting for broadcast on TF1 in 2024, a little preview of the Mistral bar” she wrote in the caption of a photo showing a brand new bar. Finally, we note that if the program had been filmed in the Belle-de-Mai studios since 2004, the filming of the series will now take place in Allauch , outdoors.
