“At one point, the suspect allegedly attacked the victim, inflicting several stab wounds to his upper body,” he said.
It is not known if there is a connection between the victim and the suspect.
The suspect, a 36-year-old man, was arrested at the scene of the tragedy by the police dispatched to the scene. He was taken to an operational center where he was to be questioned in the evening.
