40 years of career, that makes any artist dream, especially at a time when the younger generation is quickly replaced… British singer Leee John, whose real name is John Leslie McGregor, celebrated his four decades in the job in good company.
Indeed, the singer revealed from the 1980s with the group Imagination therefore offered a special concert from the legendary Parisian stage of the Olympia, on May 10. With his group, he achieved success thanks to the record body talk but it’s mostly on their second album, In the Heat of the Nightthat they achieved worldwide fame with a cult hit: Just an Illusion. A title which then ranks No. 2 in the United Kingdom and in the Top 10 around the world. No doubt the public must have been impatient to hear it.
After this concert, the celebrations continued with a after-party to Excessiveness. And Leee John was then able to party in the middle of VIP guests among whom we could for example see the singer Plastic Bertrand. It must be said that the artist published in 2020 a new album entitled The Human Experienceincluding 10 titles as Don’t Stop in featuring with Leee John. Track that has since been remixed.
