(Toronto) Pizza Pizza announced on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement that will see the restaurant chain move to Mexico next year.
The company said it has concluded this franchise agreement with KSG / GrünCorp, based in Guadalajara.
Pizza Pizza CEO Paul Goddard explained that KSG / GrünCorp has been a long-time leader in the business sector in Mexico, with expertise in restaurants and real estate.
KSG will be responsible for the development and growth of restaurants in Mexico. The company is already responsible for the Arby’s restaurant chain in Mexico as well as the house brand Papas Topper.
Pizza Pizza has restaurants across Canada under the Pizza Pizza and Pizza 73 brands.
