This is undeniably one of the beautiful Pinot Noirs from organic farming in our Ontario neighbor. Tasted twice, 24 hours apart, this pinot bore slowly, like a pagure out of its shell. With a frank and luminous fruitiness of black cherry on a background of abundant, fleshy, but also very sapid tannins, in short, seriousness. (10+) ©
