A few weeks ago, the Melun judicial court in Seine-et-Marne received the comedian Pierre Palmade, with a view to a final hearing closing his case; a closed hearing during which the actor was able to be assisted by his lawyer Céline Lasek, who also defends the interests of Jean-Marc Morandini and Vincent Ceruttirecently indicted for having “bitten the butt” from a collaborator a few years ago at Chérie FM. Our colleagues from Parisian have exclusively obtained the remarks made by Pierre Palmade during this long interview, and published them this Sunday, October 29, 2023. Muriel Robin’s former friend, abandoned by everyone, seems to have become aware of the atrocity of the facts which he perpetrated under the influence of drugs, and which cost the life of an unborn child.
“I gradually realized the seriousness of the accident I caused. My guilt continued to grow” assured Pierre Palmade. Asked about the exact circumstances of the accident, the comedian assures that he no longer remembers it, and that he is still the target of a “total amnesia”. He nevertheless remembers the hours preceding this tragedy, during which he celebrated with two sexual partners, with whom he took drugs for several hours: “The previous two days, practically all the time, I consumed intravenous injections of 3M™ is the product I preferred. From time to time, as he tends to make you sleepy, I took cocaine to wake me up.” he explains.

Concerning his accident, Pierre Palmade evokes a possible “total fatigue exhaustion”without being certain: “A slip like that, I guess I got tired after three days of drug use with no sleep”. The comedian reveals that he only had “thirty minutes to go shopping” with his friends because he had to receive at his home a new delivery of cocaine. But he refuses to claim to have driven faster to do this: “I had to hurry but that didn’t make me drive any faster, we would have had time to do them”.
Asked about the human tragedy he caused, by taking the life of an unborn childand by causing the heavy hospitalization of the father and child stuck in the passenger compartment, Pierre Palmade admitted his guilt without complaining, and assumed all the elements that weigh against him, and which could result in him being sentenced to 20 years in prison. criminal imprisonment next spring, if repeat offense is considered an aggravating circumstance: “I am horrified to know that I am the cause of all this. When I gradually learned about the seriousness, I first knew about the driver, I saw the full extent of the damage to (the pregnant woman), especially his fear of no longer being able to have children, it devastated me. It’s monstrous. I ruined a family’s life. I go to sleep and wake up with this, honestly” assures the fifty-year-old.
He is weaning and doing better
Today, after seven months of abstinence constrained by an obligation of care subject to a summons in the Bordeaux region, Pierre Palmade says he is ready to start a new life, far from his former associations: “I want to be in love without drugs, to be healthy, stop hanging out with people who take drugs. It wasted thirty years of my life. I am beginning to feel the benefits of abstinence, constant health, constant fitness and constant morale. For me, this is something new. I will be able to feel life, emotions, it’s up to me to know how to handle them.”.
