And while the investigation is progressing to try to understand what happened before the shock, the public prosecutor of the Melun judicial court revealed much-awaited information about the pregnant woman. She, who had been expecting a baby girl for six and a half months at the time of the collision, had to undergo an emergency caesarean section, and the baby did not survive, as we learned a few days ago.
Since then, justice has been trying to find out if the child breathed out of his mother’s womb – which would requalify the prosecution more severely for the actor. While Me Mourad Battikh, the family lawyer explained that his client’s baby should have been born in mid-May, but would “born alive“, the expertise, it was not so formal.
The prosecution explained on February 17 about the autopsy of the child, who died after the accident: “The woman, whose vital prognosis is no longer engaged, lost her child in the hospital. Meanwhile, Pierre Palmade was released from police custody, after 48 hours of questioning, at Melun hospital. He let it be known, via a press release shared by his sister, that he was “disaster” by “the horror of what happened, of what it caused”. And to ensure: “He prays (…) that they get out of it with the least possible consequences. He only thinks of them” And “as vain as it may seem, Peter asks their forgiveness from the depths of his soul”.
