The rider from Romans-sur-Isère fractured his left radius during the Mercan’ Tour Classic on May 31, but since then the leader of the TotalEnergies team has resumed training and his injury is no more than a bad memory. Pierre Latour, double French champion in the individual time trial, comes to Cholet this Thursday with the ambition of getting on the podium, he will also participate in the road race this Sunday with the aim of resuming the rhythm of the long one-day races and help his team in the quest for victory. The Drôme, barring last-minute trouble, will therefore be at the start of the Tour de France on July 1 in Copenhagen.
