The interim president and CEO of Hydro-Québec, Pierre Despars, will not be acting until the arrival of Michael Sabia.
The Crown corporation quietly announced that Mr. Despars had announced his decision to leave Hydro-Quebec, in a press release published Wednesday evening on its website, but which was not broadcast on the news wire.
The Chief Financial Officer, Jean-Hugues Lafleur, will ensure the remainder of the interim until Mr. Sabia takes office on 1er august.
