Pierre-Brice Lebrun, Belgian by origin, Landes at heart, travel and gastronomy specialist

It was in the 1980s that Pierre-Brice Lebrun began his career in the media, working for various radio stations in the Paris region.
He resumed his law studies on his return from military service (1985), obtained a State Diploma in Specialized Educator (DEES) and a State Diploma relating to animation functions (DEFA). He has worked for fifteen years in crime prevention and child protection.
He returned to writing and journalism in the 2000s, while developing his career as a law teacher in the social, health and medico-social sector. He regularly writes legal articles. Honorary Vice-President of the French League for Mental Health, he gives numerous legal conferences there every year. He is one of the sponsors of Olivier Maurel’s Observatory of Ordinary Educational Violence, which campaigns for the adoption in France of an “anti-spanking” law.

Pierre-Brice Lebrun’s favorite fields are tourism and gastronomy, not to mention a great passion for animals.
He is the author of around fifty books, tourist guides, travelogues and gourmet works on cooking and gastronomy, which tell the story of the products he loves, such as andouillette de Troyes, sauerkraut or Montbeliard sausage. He is best known for his Petits Traités, dumplings (which met with great success in bookstores), pasta, chickpeas, potatoes and fries, or even camembert.
Pierre-Brice Lebrun knows how to perfectly combine his work and his passions, which he shares through his many articles on his blog.
