After months of waiting, the CAQ tabled, on the last day of the parliamentary session, a bill aimed at modifying certain power relations between landlords and their tenants. But in a context of housing crisis, these future rules, and the plea of the Minister of Housing, France-Élaine Duranceau, to defend them, quickly received many criticisms.
