We can be 51 like Bixente Lizarazu is to always be in top form. Very impressive physically, the 98 world champion proves that even after the end of his career, we do not have to let go. Sports fan of all kinds and unconditional surfing, the Basque likes to demonstrate on his Instagram account that he has not lost much of his early years. Claire Keim’s companion proved this again yesterday in a story and it was one of his work colleagues who paid the price.
Half of the duo responsible for commenting on the Blues matches for TF1 with his friend Grégoire Margotton, Bixente Lizarazu is also present every Sunday in the show Telefoot. At his side, we often see one of the journalists of the One, Thomas Mekhiche. Obviously enough accomplices, the two lent themselves to a little game of strength which quickly turned to the advantage of the former sportsman. Also a great martial arts practitioner, Bixente gives a small demonstration of his talents in front of the rest of the team and he did not hesitate to share all this in an Instagram story. In a first photo, we see him strangling his young colleague who seems totally in his grip. “Find him a good, serious exorcist”, writes Thomas Mekhiche on his story, to which the former footballer responds “The Téléfoot team lives well”, on his own story.
Following this photo, the father of two goes further by broadcasting a video of this muscular exchange. “Telefoot training” he wrote this time, even if at the sight of the images, it looks more like a hazing in rule! Bixente Lizarazu martyrs the poor journalist on the ground who is totally in his grip although he tries to struggle. “He wriggles, he wriggles, but move, get out of there!”, laughs the former teammate of Zidane with the Blues. He even goes further in the joke by miming breaking the arm of poor Thomas Mekhiche before an off-camera intervention by Grégoire Margotton who asks him to stop, in front of his opponent’s exhausted expression.
A fun sequence that shows the frank camaraderie that exists within the team Telefoot.
