A 31-year-old man was stabbed in the Côte-des-Neiges borough of Montreal on the night of Sunday to Monday.
The incident occurred around 1:35 a.m. Monday in an apartment located on Place de Darlington, near Avenue de Kent, reported Montreal Police Department (SPVM) spokesperson Véronique Dubuc.

The victim was still conscious when she was found by SPVM officers, despite her injuries.

The man was taken to hospital, where “doctors confirmed that his life was not in danger,” the spokeswoman reported.

According to initial information, the 31-year-old man was in an apartment with a group of individuals when one of them stabbed him for an unknown reason.

No arrests have been made so far, according to Véronique Dubuc.
