Philippe Etchebest’s light and fruity dessert for the New Year

A light, fruity, delicate and inexpensive dessert? It’s obviously panna cotta. But not just any since it is the recipe of the famous cook of Top Chef. After the log for Christmas meals, it’s time for a more original dessert filled with pep to end the year 2021 and start 2022 in great shape.

This delicious recipe requires very few ingredients and is above all easy to make by following the advice of Philippe Etchebest. Ready?

The ingredients for 5 verrines:

  • 3 gelatin sheets
  • 1 organic orange
  • 40 cl of milk
  • 10 cl of liquid cream
  • 30 g caster sugar

We put on the apron, and let’s go!

STEPS

Step 1 :

Prepare a container of cold water to place the gelatin sheets there one by one.
