The leader, who will celebrate his 57th birthday in a few weeks, appears with a long beard that has not been shaved or maintained for several weeks, and an adventurer’s hat!

This Thursday, November 9 in the second part of the eveningPhilippe Etchebest will come to meet the Marquesans: “After thirty years of traveling through French kitchens, chef Philippe Etchebest sets out to discover other flavors, other ways of eating around the world. For his first adventure, chef Philippe Etchebest explores one of the most isolated archipelagos in the world: the Marquesas Islands or the Land of Men.
