The cult band of the 1980s Genesis has just concluded his farewell tour, The Last Domino this last March 26 in a very last concert given in London. It comes from years of practice. I can’t even hold chopsticks properly without it hurting. I even got into the habit of tying the chopsticks to my hands to manage to play” he had explained to the BBC last September. A terrible fall in his bathroom in 2017 had, it must be said, nothing arranged for the health problems of a man who was worn out in the practice of his art: the drums.”I would love to play… I can barely hold a drum stick with this hand, so there are some physical things that bother me… “he told The Guardian in September as well.
