Perrine Petiot is from Saint Etienne, she grew up in a family of sports enthusiasts. His mother and two brothers played handball, his father was a coach. Perrine Petiot went to a good school… she started playing at the age of 5.

At 17, Perrine Petiot joined the Handball Club Saint Étienne Andrézieux (HBSA), the year the club rose to N1. During this season, she was selected for the French Juniors team for the first time. She did three internships in the France team, without having the opportunity to compete.
Perrine Petiot then joined the HBCN (HandBall Cercle Nîmes) training center at the age of 18, where she remained for three years. At 22, she signed her first professional contract during the 2nd season at ASUL Vaulx-en-Velin.

In 2018, Perrine Petiot arrived at the Celles-sur-Belle club. In 2020-2021, the women’s team is D2 champion. She reaches the D1 for the 2021-2022 season. Perrine Petiot plays Plays center half in attack and n°3 in defense. In 2021, Perrine Petiot learns that she is selected for the France team.
