A security perimeter was erected around the Beaumont-Chauveau barracks, in Tours, this Thursday, October 20 at the start of the afternoon. The site is currently being excavated with a view to its rehabilitation. It was during these excavations that four to five people were slightly poisoned after the discovery of bottles. It is not known at this time what type of product it is. There was no explosion according to the police.
A team of deminers from La Rochelle was called. A chemical risk unit of firefighters is also on site.
