Pension reform in France | Prime Minister Borne welcomed by saucepans in the Pays de la Loire

Although the movement protesting the pension reform no longer has the same magnitude as this winter, demonstrators continue to let their dissatisfaction be heard by banging on pots all over the country. This was the case Thursday, in downtown Laval, France.

A hundred Laval residents rang their pots on the sidelines of the arrival of French Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne, visiting the Pays de la Loire to discuss the employment problems that persist in the country.

The “casserolades” that welcome members of the government in the different regions of the country have been heard for more than a month now.
