Pension reform: article 2 on the creation of a senior index rejected in the Assembly

“A real political slap”

This rejection has “obviously” caused the “stunned” and one “tremendous cold snap” in the majority, adds Guillaume Daret. “It’s obviously a real political slap, because it’s the first on this text in the hemicycle, but also because it was one of the guarantees that were put forward by the government to have this reform accepted”continues the journalist, specifying however that this article 2 is not “the heart of the reform”namely the postponement of the legal retirement age.
