payroll and supervised transfer allowances for the ASNL

This is not very good news for AS Nancy Lorraine in its operation to go back to Ligue 2 football. The DNCG, financial policeman of French football, has decided toframe the payroll of the thistle club but also the amount of its transfer allowances during the next transfer window. The delegation that defended the ASNL project failed to obtain a lifting of all the measures taken in recent years.

This supervision nevertheless represents progress since last year, at the same time, the club had been notified of a ban on recruiting for consideration. The club then used synergies with the other clubs in the New City Capital group to obtain reinforcements. This time, paying a transfer fee will be possible to some extent. The decision of the DNCG in any case reassures the most pessimistic who feared relegation to a lower division for budgetary reasons.

AS Nancy Lorraine now knows where it is stepping and will be able to move forward on the other issues left in abeyance such as the identity of the coach for next season or the outlines of the workforce which will have the heavy task of bringing Nancy in Ligue 2.

On its Facebook page, the ASNL welcomes a “first positive sign for the hard work that has been done behind the scenes in recent weeks“and announce a communication”in the next few days“.
