M6 broadcast the very last episode of “Married at first sight” on June 27. The opportunity for the last couples to take stock of their adventure. Viewers were able to get news from Pauline and Damien, these two candidates who immediately fell in love with each other. And good news, the liberal nurse and the automobile sales consultant have always had perfect love since the end of the shoot. And yet, the couple had known their share of galleys from the start of their story, including a memorable car breakdown just after the ceremony that united them in Gibraltar.
And on social networks, the young woman has just revealed another unforeseen event, more serious this one, which turned the first moments of life together upside down. “Me, I was ill two weeks after the wedding. I had to have emergency surgery.“, Pauline first explained, before specifying: “It’s not very glamorous. It is very very very painful. I thought I was going to die. That’s why I had to have surgery right away. It was nothing serious, but it was a painful emergency. But I have a top-notch ob-gyn. It’s the best“.
But the problems once overcome, Pauline and Damien understood that their idyll would take them far. “Since the assessment with the experts, we have almost never left each other. It’s a joy. We’ve been together for months, but it feels like years. Everyone gets along well in the family, friends too. […] She’s the woman of my life“, said Damien. “Pauline has just sold her apartment. And we just bought the house of our dreams. It is borderline a commitment stronger than a marriage. Today, we are engaged her, me and the bank“, he indicated not without humor to the cameras which made them known.
