Mayor of Daluis from 1983 to 2014, Paul Nobizé was a figure in the high country. Charles-Ange Ginésy, the president of the departmental council of the Alpes-Maritimes, greeted “a passionate man, who dedicated his career to his municipality for the general interest”
Mayor for 31 years of Daluis, a small town of around 150 inhabitants in the hinterland, Paul Nobizé is no longer. In 2014, after completing his last term as head of his municipality, he embarked on the writing of the “Journey and concerns of a rural mayor”, a book which traces his years at the Daluisian municipality.
