Paul Larrouturou attacks Cyril Hanouna and advises him to “check his information”

On Thursday March 9, 2023, Cyril Hanouna received Gérard Fauré on the set of “TPMP”. The one who is nicknamed “the former dealer of Tout-Paris” notably accused stars of taking adrenochrome. A drug which, according to him, would be made from “blood of sacrificed children”. “There are a lot of people on the networks who say that Gérard raises something that is real. A lot of people say that it exists”, had then declared the host. However, according to theAFPeven if the molecule is real, it would not be considered a drug.

A daily passage from C8 which caused a lot of talk and on which Paul Larrouturou wished to react. Guest in the Figaro Buzz TV this Monday, April 3, the journalist from LCI gave his opinion on Cyril Hanouna and the few setbacks he has faced in recent months. “This story of children’s blood. It’s not possible”, he lets go immediately in front of Damien Canivez before qualifying: “I really don’t know Cyril Hanouna. I’ve never spoken to him directly. I respect him, as a producer, I respect his audience”.

What Paul Larrouturou criticizes Cyril Hanouna

Despite the respect felt by the ex-journalist of Yann Barthès, this one “does not understand how one can twist like that”. “It really hurts the news”he continues before taking the example of the controversy linked to the arrival of supposed BRAV-M police officers on the set of “TPMP”: “Having BRAV-M police officers. Me typically, doing a subject on the BRAV-M, I see them a lot in the field, it’s super interesting, but you just have to check that they work for the BRAV-M”.

“Shouldn’t we just consider Cyril Hanouna’s program as a simple entertainment program and not simply as an information program? And there we would see the program with different glasses”then asks Damien Canivez. “But it’s too dangerous. He is so influential and popular that people drink his words. They drink the idea that there is child blood trafficking… but what are we talking about?”, then replies Paul Larrouturou. The LCI journalist assures that Cyril Hanouna has “a responsibility and it is true that in this sense, it factually harms the news”.

If the journalist tried to calm the situation and ensure that he had “don’t want to fuel a controversy”he recalls that their work (as a journalist: editor’s note) is to “to check, to pay attention to who is on a set and to check what is said” even in entertainment.
