Still according to our information, before fleeing, his attackers kicked him hard in the legs. Paul François then fell to the ground, the scarf still stuck in the door, it then tightened strongly around his neck.

To date, it is the gendarmes who have been seized of the investigation. ButAccording to our information, the Angoulême prosecutor’s office could in turn seize it very soon.
Since then, Paul François has been placed under the protection of the gendarmerie. He plans to file a complaint.

As a reminder, the Lyon court sentenced Bayer, ex-Monsanto, to compensate up to 11,135 euros the cereal farmer poisoned with the herbicide Lasso in 2004. Paul François, who claimed 1.2 million euros, estimates this outrageous decision.

In October 2020, the Court of Cassation had definitively confirmed the responsibility of Bayer-Monsanto in the intoxication of the farmer due to a defective and mislabeled product, at the end of a legal marathon started in 2007.
