Patrick Gassmann is 25 years old. The young goat breeder comes from a family of five generations of shepherds. It was with his grandfather that he discovered this passion for pastoralism.
After his studies, the young man settled in his village, with the support of the municipalities of Canary and Ogliastru for land acquisition.
At the head of a herd of 130 goats, Patrick produces different cheeses, casgiu vechju, frecu, passu and a little Sardinian cheese.
