Chocolate Pastel, so good!

If you have never tasted chocolate pastel and if you are a gourmet, go for it, you will inevitably be seduced by this round dish, which warms up and fills a hungry stomach!

A dish where beef and corn are kings (in Chile they even add chicken). An easy dish to try at home in its simplest version.
You need lots of onions, ground beef, hard-boiled eggs, corn, and milk, not to mention pitted black olives. On the spice side you need oregano, cumin and paprika with a hint of cayenne pepper. Before sending your gratin to the oven, you will need to sprinkle with a little brown sugar.
The process is simple, it is a kind of shepherd’s pie, Chili style. You will need, in a dish or ramekins, place the ground beef with its onions, then the hard-boiled eggs, then the mashed corn and black olives and finally the brown sugar. Listening to today’s show Rosa explains everything to you!

Sopaipillas and empanadas

What a pleasure to taste these homemade dishes by Rosa. Empanadas with soft dough, tuna, eggplant and mozzarella, or ground beef, onions and spices and more flavors. Delicious and so easy to make sopaipillas, made with pizza dough, oregano and olive oil, all fried in a pan and always in olive oil.
