Pascal Thibault is passionate about sport and all sports. This is what brought him to ASM Omnisports.

This concerns the talents of athletes but also the talents of all volunteers, organizational teams … a work of an orchestra conductor.

What is omnisports?

It is a place where we find a number of disciplinespreferably well complementary. When there is a need for other disciplines, the ASM will look for them in other clubs, in partnerships, but above all this is useful for creating a real transversal program for young people.

I think we can attract young people by being a place where they feel, like in a family

The relationship with parents is important. ASM must show that she is friendly corn rigorous and the educators are competent and pay attention to each of the young people.

Personalization: a key element

All young people are different. We cannot make a program for each of them, but we can pay attention to what their specific talents are. You don’t have to apply the exact same recipe to everyone otherwise we will waste talent.

A birthday is like for all of us: It is a time of festivities. It is a moment when we ask ourselves.
