“From the moment he saw that I was not someone consensual and traditional, he understood very quickly that I was as wild as him”confided the interpreter of Lucy to Nathalie Levy when she asked him how their friendship was born. The 58-year-old singer took the opportunity to remind that the song Light the fire“didn’t work” on the radio until Johnny Hallyday gives him the success he deserved by performing it on stage.
Despite the good memories he keeps in mind thanks to this collaboration, he notes that this joint work was not always easy. Indeed, during an interview for VSD, Pascal Obispo lamented that his first experience with the Taulier was complicated because of the deadlines to be met. “It’s really my biggest regret when it comes to music. : barely ten days to do everything, recalled the singer. Concretely, it was about making models, going on his boat to have him listen to it and record it.” he lamented to our colleagues, without regretting this memory which he will never forget.
