Entirely rehabilitated in 2005, the Place de la Révolution has become almost entirely mineral. This feature has proved problematic in the face of increasingly high summer temperatures and has made this square one of the main heat islands in the Besançon loop.
Participate in the citizen consultation launched by the city of Besançon to revegetate and develop this space for the inhabitants, while reconciling existing uses: tram, market, shops, museum, various events… Bringing shade by planting trees, installing new furniture, highlighting the facades of historic buildings…, it is the time to give your opinion, either on the website of the consultation, or live on site! So that the new Place de la Révolution becomes once again a place of life for all and resembles your desires and needs.
Participate in the “Plant Revolution”
From October 21 to December 4, you have three options to participate:
- Participate in online citizen workshops on the site atelierscitoyens.besancon.fr
- Drop off your contributions at the Maison du projet, in the hall of the Museum of Fine Arts
- Participate live in the workshops planned on the Place de la Révolution or in the hall of the Museum of Fine Arts, on November 9, 21 and 25.
The live participatory workshops take place:
- Wednesday, November 9 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- monday november 21 between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
- Friday, November 25 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
