“I think we should keep them because it’s very beautiful, but not too late in the evening and use LEDs as much as possible”, explains Bernard, a passerby.
“The illuminations are a big waste of electricity, but it’s still beautiful, it’s worth it… for me because I don’t pay”, adds Michèle.
