What is the difference between paracetamol, aspirin and anti-inflammatories? These are two completely different families of drugs but which have somewhat similar effects. Paracetamol is what we call an analgesic to relieve mild to moderate pain but it also helps reduce fever. And be careful, doliprane, dafalgan, eferalgan. These are exactly the same medications which all contain paracetamol which is the active molecule.

In adults, it is a maximum of 3 grams of paracetamol per day, divided into 3 doses, i.e. every 8 hours. If you exceed this dosage there is a risk for your liver with what is called drug-induced hepatitis.
