Papyhappy publishes its senior housing rankings

For the second year in a row, the Papyhappy company is publishing its senior housing rankings. Papyhappy is developing a senior housing search tool for elderly people and caregivers.

For the second year in a row, the Papyhappy company, created in 2016 by a former nursing home director, is publishing its senior housing rankings. To establish this ranking, the company is based on all the reviews posted by residents, families, and mystery shoppers on papyhappy.fr during the year 2023.

How are establishments evaluated?

The evaluation of establishments is carried out using reviews left by different stakeholders, whether residents, family members, employees or mystery shoppers. Everyone is invited to evaluate the accommodation, catering, atmosphere and services on a scale of 1 to 5. In addition to this rating, Internet users write a review to provide more details about their experience.

Criteria

Regarding accommodation, in EHPADs 61% of the scores are greater than or equal to 4 out of 5 and for senior service residences this score rises to 81%.

The second criterion evaluated, catering, in EHPAD 55% of the scores are greater than or equal to 4 out of 5 and for senior service residences this score is relatively similar, because 54% of residents are satisfied. For the atmosphere, in EHPADs 58% of the scores are greater than or equal to 4 out of 5 and for senior service residences this score is higher, reaching 74% satisfaction.

In the evaluation of EHPAD services, 57% of the scores are greater than or equal to 4 out of 5 and once again, senior service residences stand out, with 73% satisfaction from residents.
