A Palestinian was killed on Saturday October 28 by an Israeli settler in the Nablus region in the north of the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Authority Health Ministry announced. Bilal Abou Salah, 40, died after receiving “a bullet in the chest” in the village of Sawiya, the ministry said in a press release.
