La France insoumise (LFI) MP Sébastien Delogu received a fifteen-day exclusion from the Palais Bourbon, after brandishing a Palestinian flag in the hemicycle on Tuesday May 28.

In full in the middle of a session of questions to the government, Sébastien Delogu, La France insoumise (LFI) deputy for Bouches-du-Rhône, stood up and brandished a flag in the colors of Palestine, Tuesday May 28, to the applause of his group. An act which led to a suspension of the session.

During the suspension of the session, a heated altercation took place between the LFI deputy David Guiraud and the related Les Républicains (LR) deputy Meyer Habib. “Get the hell out of here!”launched David Guiraud. “We didn’t raise the pigs together, so have some respect!”replied the right-wing MP. “You’re the pig, you’re in the mud of genocide!”, retorted David Guiraud. Sébastien Delogu was excluded from the Assembly for 15 days. On social networks, stars have also taken a position on the situation in Rafah.
