Just over a year from the Paris Olympics, owners plan to take advantage of the influx of tourists to rent their apartment or house. Prices will go up on dedicated platforms.

It is an exceptional property in the heart of Seine-Saint-Denis. The Stade de France is not far and neither are the monuments. The night currently costs for rent between 150 to 180 euros for two people. But over the period of the Olympic Games, the owner intends to increase the price to 350 euros. A price doubled which could increase. “If you can pay up to 1,000 euros, I will”explains the owner.

One in five inhabitants of the Ile-de-France plans to be a host

One in five inhabitants of the Paris region plans to become a host for the first time during the competition. Yannis will rent his main residence for the first time in the center of Paris.
