Outaouais Film Festival | Rémy Girard will be honored for his career

The actor Rémy Girard will be the president of the 25e edition of the Outaouais Film Festival, which will take place from April 4 to 13.


The 73-year-old actor, whose career spans several decades, will also be honored for all of his work during the event.

Girard has played several notable roles in the history of Quebec cinema, including that of Rémy in The Decline of the American Empire And Barbarian invasionsby Denys Arcand.

The festival will open on April 4 with Léa Pool’s new film, Hotel Silence. The short movie When you sleep next to meby director Sophie Boyer, will also be presented.
