Sister André, more than a hundred years old, would have appreciated it from the height of her 118 years. Twenty years of thunder (here, 1998 vintage) for a light topaz color and a dizzying suite of flavors. The oxidation here is flamboyant, noble and persuasive with its fine nuances of toffee (toffee), salted caramel, resin and incense, all declined with harmony and length.
