In his idea of ​​”old-fashioned” production, Loïc kneads his breads by hand, and uses sourdough instead of common chemical yeasts. You can taste at Pain Chouettement Bio its specialties inspired by the stories of the ancients such as apple and honey bread or chestnut pie.
